Greetings CSAT & CPTT Candidates,
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and have been working in the field of sex addiction for over 15 years. I am dedicated to supporting CSAT/CPTT candidates on their journey toward certification. Helping other clinicians understand the complex tasks, tools and assessments is something that I truly enjoy!
Additionally, I am the founder of Growth Counseling Services, and the co-author of "Facing Heartbreak: Steps to Recovery for Partners of Sex Addicts" with Dr. Stefanie Carnes, the author of “Healing from Betrayal”, as well as the author of, "The Creative Clinician: Exercises and Activities for Clients and Group Therapy."

“Finding a competent CSAT Supervisor has some real similarities to what our clients go through trying to find a competent therapist. Just because someone has the letters behind their name doesn’t mean they are good at what they do, and many of the clients I work with are having to work through the wounds they experienced by other therapists (who I believe were well meaning).
